2018

  • The Group acquired the century-old Italian Luxury label a.testoni and subsidiary line i29.


2017

  • Signed exclusive distribution rights for Cole Haan in Greater China and A.Testoni, i29, Jockey in China; there are 7 brands in the portfolio of Sitoy Retailing

  • Headquarters relocated to Sitoy Tower in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong


2016

  • Signed exclusive distribution rights for Kenneth Cole and Bruno Magli in Greater China


2015

  • Launch of Sitoy’s First homegrown brand – Fashion & Joy


2011

  • The Group was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 6 December, proudly stepping into a new phase of development.

  • Introduction of the "Tuscan's" brand of handbags and small leather goods and the opening of our first retail store in Guangzhou.


2010

  • Further expansion of manufacturing capabilities with production facilities at our Xiabian and Qiaonan subsidiaries in Dongguan.


2009

  • Commencement of production in our Yingde manufacturing facility. Diversification of our product portfolio to include travel goods for leisure and business travellers.


2007

  • ETS and ERP systems Installation of our ETS and ERP systems in our manufacturing facilities to evaluate our manufacturing performance and enhance our operational efficiency. Diversification of our product portfolio to include men's products.

  • Commencement of our handbag manufacturing business for European luxury brands.


1998

  • Commencement of our handbag manufacturing business for U.S. luxury brands. A shift in business strategy for the Group to focus on the manufacture of leather goods.

  • Consolidation of Shenzhen Sitoy Handbag Factory Consolidation of Shenzhen Sitoy Handbag Factory to our manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.


1992

  • Establishment of Sitoy Dongguan and commencement of production of its manufacturing facility in Dongguan.


1987

  • Commencement of operations of Dongguan Houjie Qiaotou Sitoy Handbag Factory (previously known as Dongguan Nanwu Sitoy Handbag Factory) in Dongguan.


1982

  • Commencement of operations of Sitoy Handbag Factory in Shenzhen, as the first Mainland Chinese factory for our Group.
